Employees
PayDashboard is a secure portal where employees can login to retrieve their payslips. The secure system (which is ISO 27001 certified with all data encrypted following industry best practices) enables employees to access all their payslips 24/7. It includes a quick query feature so employees can instantly send a query regarding their payslip.
Employers
For employers, in addition to the reports that Balance Payroll produce, Pay Dashboard offers critical payroll data which can be downloaded and analysed to provide essential management and accounting information.
Training
As payroll professionals we need to be informed, educated and supported in order to deal with the ever-increasing pace of legislative and technical change. We partner with The Payroll Centre to ensure all our employees are continually trained so they are always on top of current legislation and modern practice methods.
Additional Support
Occasionally we come across an unusual or unique payroll query which we can raise and discuss with fellow payroll professionals at The Payroll Centre via a helpline service. This means we can deal with most payroll situations however complex or rare.
We are a Bacs registered payroll bureau. Many of our clients take advantage of our ability to process salaries directly to their employee’s accounts after they have set up a Bacs facility with their bank.
Our status as a Bacs Approved Bureau also demonstrates our commitment to stringent processes and secure systems as the Bacs Approved Bureau (BAB) Scheme conducts regular inspections that assess Balance Payroll’s technical competence and operational integrity.
We work alongside any bookkeeper or accountant but we do have a preferred bookkeeping partner that we highly recommend.
